Details  The views from this recently built, double glazed modern two bedroom home, both inside and outside, are truly amazing.  They really do take your breath away.
From insdie the cosy and remarkably quiet living areas the high sliders that run the lengh of the eastern side of the house including high level glazing above you not only experience remarkable sea and rural views out over Taupo Bay but all the associtated changing sky, cloud and weather patters that reugularly move through the area.

To the east you are greeted for your morning coffee and breakfast with a sunrise out over the Taupo and Whangaroa Bays encompassing Stewart and the Cavellii Islands and all the island in between.  The sea view takes you across apporximately 56 degrees and strait out over 30 kilometres to the visible horizon.

The beach is just a very short drive away and includes one of the best surfing beaches in New Zealand, an easy to use beach launching area as well as some superb swimming and fishing is also available.  At night  you can ofter hear the waves breaking in Taupo Bay mixed with the calls of local native bird species including morepork and the occasional kiwi.

The living and ining areas, as well as the Main bedroom all capture expanise sea views and have there own independent air conditions.  If you like fresh air you can open the many double and triple sliding doors located through the house.  All of windows have locking fly screens to keep thinkgs cool and fresh at night.

Te property includes a large, flat and secure parking area wich has two access gates for ease of parking.  Plenty of room for your vehicles, caran and / or boat.

Details  The views from the house and deck are breathtaking and unobstructed.  The bach offers fantastic accommodation at Taupo Bay.  The beach is literally a few steps away.  Take a refreshing swim whenever the fancy takes you.  Hear the soothing sound of the waves while sitting at the dining table or on the outside deck looking out to sea while you drink your morning cup of coffee or enjoy your evening glass of wine, or while you nod off to sleep at night.
The section is flat and allows for parking of boats/cars and the lawns are great for children playing and perhaps the odd game of petanque as the sun goes down.
The boat launching is just own the road.Contents  Clean and tidy bach, with the owners' thinking of most needs.  The bach includes two bedrooms each with Queen size beds.  there is also a single bed in the main lounge and a double sofa bed and another single bed in the second lower lounge.
There is open plan living accommodation with sofas, dining table and kitchen.  A ranch slider in the front lounge allows access to the seaward deck and the lower lounge includes a ranch slider to the backyard lawn.  There is a TV with Free view and DVD player.
