Feel as though you can almost dive straight into the water from the property at high tide! Watch the family playing on the beach or in the surf from the comfort of the front lawn. Glass-front firepit* area cantilevered over the beach makes a great viewing platform and perfect morning coffee spot!
Plenty of room for parking cars and the boat, and lots of lawn space for the children to play, plus it's situated only 50 meters from the playground!
*Optional outdoor fit pit available for your use - perfect to gather around in the evenings (bring your own firewood or purchase separately, strict rules apply).
